What This Means

If your order includes a special-order or made-to-order piece, please allow approximately 14 business days for crafting prior to dispatch. This production time is separate from shipping time.

During these two weeks, your piece will:

• Be individually handcrafted by our master artisans
• Undergo careful stone selection and color matching
• Be assembled, set, and finished with meticulous attention to detail
• Pass final quality inspection before shipment

Impact on Regular Orders

If your purchase includes both ready-to-ship items and a special-order piece, your order will ship once all items are completed. This ensures safe, consolidated delivery and proper packaging.

If you need a ready-to-ship item sooner, we recommend placing separate orders or contacting us prior to purchase so we may assist you.
