In-stock orders placed before 3 PM Eastern Time on a business day ship the same day. Within the continental United States, USPS First Class Mail is free on orders of $150 or more. If you are in a hurry or sending a gift, choose Priority Mail or courier at checkout. The delivery times below are based on our many years of shipping experience.

First Class and Priority Mail orders are sent with the US Postal Service. Courier orders travel with services such as FedEx, UPS or DHL. Every shipment is insured and traceable.
In-stock items ship from Miami, Florida. Special orders, sized rings, engraved pieces and lapis lazuli tiles are crafted in our workshops in Santiago, Chile, and ship from there.
Delivery times for each service are shown in the tables above. Made-to-order pieces need about 14 business days of crafting before they ship; see Special Orders. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will email you with its expected shipping date.
If one in-stock item in a larger order would cause a significant delay, we usually ship your order in two parts at no extra shipping cost. Orders that include a special-order piece ship once everything is complete; contact us if you need part of your order sooner.
No. We do not charge your card until your order is ready to ship, and you will be notified promptly about any item that is out of stock.
