Return and Exchange Policy

All our products are backed up by a full, non-quibble money back guarantee.

If the item you received is not what you hoped for, you may return it for a refund or a store credit or exchange within 15 days from the day you received it. The item must be returned IN GOOD CONDITION, UNWORN and in its original package.  Please note: The 15 Day Return Policy is not applicable to any custom orders, sized items, special order items or engraved pieces.


Restocking fees

Lapis Lazuli World does not charge restocking fees to any return or exchange, unless on cases of Undeliverable – Returned Orders, orders cancelled after 24 hours from being placed or Special Jewelry Pieces.  Restocking fees are 30% the order’s total

To return an item, please follow 3 simple steps:

Step # 1: Please Contact us at, to receive your return authorization code. Please write this authorization code on the return shipping label and the original invoice. The original invoice must be included in the returned package.  No parcel will be accepted without this number!

Step #2: Secure all merchandise in the original containers it was shipped in, including the gift boxes within which your order was shipped. We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you discarded any of these shipping materials, please pack it as securely as possible, to avoid damage while in transit.

Step #3 Ship your purchase to the address given to you with the return authorization code.  Write the RMA number we sent you via email.  No parcel will be accepted without this number!

You can ship via U.S. Postal Service, or any insured, traceable courier. Insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and ship it, with return receipt. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the shipping process.

Refund will be given using the same payment instrument of order placement:  credit or debit card credit is purchase via credit or debit card, PayPal or Skrill payment if purchased via PayPal or Skrill, company check if purchased via echeck or money order, and Western Union draft if purchased via Western Union.

If requesting an exchange, please indicate which piece should replace the returned item.  If there is a price difference, we will contact you to arrange payment/credit.
