We ship virtually anywhere in the world. We offer the following options. As the contents of your package will be jewelry and semi-precious stones, we only ship through secured and insured carriers.

If you are not in a hurry, take advantage of our First Class mail option. It is economical (free in orders over $150.00!) and insured. How will my order be shipped?
We use several carriers, like UPS, FedEx, U.S. Postal Service (USPS), among others. Our First Class Mail and Priority Mail orders are sent by USPS. Expedited Delivery is sent via courier services like FedEx, DHL, OCS, or TNT.
How long will it take to get my products?
This varies based on your location (we ship from Miami), product availability, and the shipping method. If all the products on your order are in stock (as seen in your shopping cart) then it will usually ship according to the availability as seen on the item details. Most out of stock items are usually shipped within 2–4 days or less. If your order is going to be delayed for 4-5 days or more, due to items being out of stock, we will let you know via e-mail as to the status and expected shipping date. Ground delivery can take anywhere from 1-5 days after we ship the item depending on your location.
Special Orders, sized items, engraved pieces, and Lapis Lazuli tiles required special crafting before shipping. Add 3-5 working days to the normal transit time.

What if one item will delay the entire order?
If you have a larger order and one item is going to cause a significant delay, we will usually ship your order in two shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the second shipment.
Am I charged before my order ships?
We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready and available to ship. If your items are back-ordered then you will not be charged until they are ready to ship.

Where does my order ships from?
Your order will be sent from Miami, Florida. In the unlikely event that the item you purchased is not in stock in our USA office in Pompano Beach, one of our regional offices will take over the order not to delay its shipment. Note that we will cover any extra postage charge we might incur: you will always pay local shipping costs! We will cover any customs duties that might apply (every item is sent FREE DOMICILE).
Special orders, engraved items, tiles or sized articles ship directly from our factories in Santiago, Chile: As always, you will pay only local shipping costs!

If the item you received is not what you hoped for, you may return it for a refund or a store credit within 15 days or for an exchange within 30 days from the day you received it. Lapis Lazuli World does not charge restocking fees to any return or exchange, unless on cases of Undeliverable – Returned Orders or orders canceled after 24 hours from being placed. Restocking fees are 30% the order’s total
To return an item, please follow 3 simple steps:
Step # 1: Please contact us at email@example.com, to receive your return authorization code. Please write this authorization code on the return shipping label and the original invoice. The original invoice must be included in the returned package. No parcel will be accepted without this number!
Step #2: Secure all merchandise in the original containers it was shipped in, including the gift boxes within which your order was shipped. We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you discarded any of these shipping materials, please pack it as securely as possible, to avoid damage while in transit.
Step #3 Ship your purchase to the address given to you with the return authorization code. Write the RMA number we sent you via email. No parcel will be accepted without this number!
You can ship via U.S. Postal Service, or any insured, traceable courier. Ensure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and ship it, with return receipt. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the shipping process.
