Delivery times are approximate and can be affected by customs and carrier delays. See Shipping Information for our services and typical delivery times. International orders are usually shipped complete, so if an item is being crafted to order, we may hold the shipment until everything is ready.
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are always the responsibility of the customer. We are required by law to declare the price you paid as the value of the package. When your parcel arrives in your country, the carrier or customs office will contact you to collect any charges. These charges are set by your government and are outside our control.
