Simple yet striking, this lapis lazuli bar necklace is easy to wear and suits both day and night. It combines a slim inlaid pendant with a smooth serpentine chain.
We handcraft the pendant in 950 sterling silver with inlaid lapis lazuli “tile” segments. Our artisans fit the tiles so closely that they look like one single piece of stone. Then the silver outline frames the blue in a clean, vertical line.
The pendant measures 0.6 inches wide by 1.8 inches long. Because of that long, narrow shape, it gently lengthens the neckline. For example, it looks refined with a V-neck sweater at the office, yet it also shines over a black dress at dinner.
The sterling silver serpentine chain has a solid closure and measures 17 inches. However, additional lengths are available if you prefer the bar to sit higher or lower.
This lapis lazuli bar necklace makes a graceful gift for a birthday, a new job or a graduation. Besides lapis, the pendant is also available in all our stones.
To keep the inlay bright, store the necklace on its own and wipe it with a soft cloth.
