Classic and luxurious, this 18K gold lapis lazuli semicollar is handcrafted in solid 18K gold with inlaid lapis lazuli. Its shape rests gracefully at the base of the neck. So it frames the face with a band of gold and deep blue.
Our artisans in Chile shape each section by hand. They cut the lapis lazuli to fit precisely and then polish it flush with the gold. The result is a seamless surface that feels smooth against the skin.
Lapis lazuli has been treasured since antiquity. Renaissance painters, for example, ground it into ultramarine, the most precious blue of their time. Its natural golden flecks also harmonize with 18K gold, which is why the pairing feels so rich.
