We handcraft the charm in 950 sterling silver with an inlaid stone face. Our artisans cut each piece of stone by hand and fit it precisely into the silver. Then they polish the surface until it feels smooth and even to the touch.
The round shape is balanced and quiet, so the deep blue of lapis lazuli and its golden pyrite flecks take center stage. People have admired lapis for thousands of years, for example in the jewelry of ancient Egypt and the ultramarine pigment of Renaissance art.
