Handcrafted in jewelry quality stone, these 10 cm lapis lazuli tiles are simply superb. Each tile is a seamless mosaic of selected, extra blue lapis lazuli. The expert composition yields an intensely blue surface with almost no inclusions at all.
When you group the tiles together, you get a uniformly blue surface. It shows all the richness, brightness and light diffusing properties of lapis lazuli. As a result, even a small area of tiles brings depth and glow to a room.
These tiles are made for fine accent work. For example, use them as an inset in a fireplace surround, a bathroom niche or a kitchen backsplash. They also suit table tops, jewelry boxes and furniture inlays, where a band of deep blue can transform the piece.
Each tile has a polished finish and measures 10 cm long x 5 cm wide x 0.5 cm thick (3.9″ x 2″ x 0.2″). Each tile also weighs 300 grams (10.58 ounces). So plan your layout first, and then count the tiles your project needs.
Lapis lazuli has decorated palaces and temples since antiquity, and designers still choose it today for its rare blue. These 10 cm lapis lazuli tiles bring that heritage into a home, a boutique or a hotel lobby. They pair especially well with brass, white marble and dark wood.
