From our Grecian Collection, these grecian 18K gold lapis lazuli earrings combine the beauty of 950 sterling silver and 18K gold. The hanging earrings feature two round cabochons of AAA grade lapis lazuli.
We bezel-set each cabochon in 18K gold, and then a sterling silver disc surrounds the gold. This layering of metals frames the deep blue stone like a small medallion. The round, framed shape also has a classical feel that suits the collection’s name.
AAA grade lapis lazuli is prized for its rich, even blue. Against warm gold and bright silver, that color looks even deeper. Because every stone is natural, each pair shows its own subtle pattern.
Gold French wire backs let the earrings swing freely and gently. At 1.2 inches long, they suit an elegant evening look as well as a simple blouse at the office. So they move easily from day to night.
