Substantial and timeless, this gold thick band lapis lazuli ring is handcrafted in solid 18K gold and crowned with an oval lapis lazuli cabochon. It is a piece designed to be worn for years and handed down.
Our artisans in Chile shape the wide band by hand and polish it to a warm glow, then set the smooth oval of stone so it sits comfortably along the finger. Lapis lazuli has been treasured since antiquity, when Egyptian and Mesopotamian royalty wore it with gold, and its deep blue with natural golden pyrite flecks still looks magnificent against the precious metal.
Wear it alone as a signature ring or stacked with slimmer bands. It makes a meaningful gift for a graduation, an anniversary or a personal milestone. The ring is available in all our sizes and in all our stones, so you can choose the fit and the color that feel right.
All our lapis lazuli is of exceptional grade and completely natural. We are one of the few jewelers who never use synthetic stones and never dye our lapis to mask poor quality – practices that are all too common, as much of the lapis lazuli sold today is dyed, reconstituted or imitation stone. That is our difference.
