They are crafted in 950 sterling silver with inlaid stone, and the post and closure are also 100% sterling silver. Inlay work is painstaking: each fragment of lapis lazuli is cut to fit its silver cell and polished flush, revealing the deep blue that Renaissance painters once ground into ultramarine. Every pair is handcrafted in Chile by Lapis Lazuli World artisans. Choose the style that best suits your taste.

All our lapis lazuli is of exceptional grade and completely natural. We are one of the few jewelers who never use synthetic stones and never dye our lapis to mask poor quality – practices that are all too common, as much of the lapis lazuli sold today is dyed, reconstituted or imitation stone.
