Our lapis lazuli oval cabochon is natural, extra fine blue Lapis Lazuli in AAA+ grade: exceptionally blue, highly polished and 100% natural, with no dyes or waxes.
The smooth domed oval is the most versatile cabochon shape, ideal for rings, pendants, earrings, cufflinks and bracelets. Lapis lazuli has been prized since antiquity by Egyptians and Mesopotamians, and Renaissance painters ground it into the costly pigment ultramarine. A stone of this color lets jewelers bring that same depth of blue to their own designs.
