Special Orders

Our special orders service is for anyone who cannot find exactly what they are looking for. Perhaps it is a hard-to-find piece, a jewel you lost and would like to replicate, or one of our sterling silver designs that you would love to have made in gold. As a family workshop in Santiago, Chile, founded in 1972, with 16 full-time artisans, we can craft almost any piece you have in mind.

This category also shows some of the commissions we have completed. Examples include the Corinne 12 mm lapis lazuli bead necklace, an extra long 8 mm bead necklace with a jeweled sterling silver clasp, Art Deco style necklaces in 18K gold with lapis lazuli beads such as the Solange and the Chantal, a ring in 18K white gold, an Egyptian ring with an eight carat stone, a custom reversible symbol charm, an extra large angel charm, a malachite and sterling silver box, and even a winter white alpaca shawl with lapis lazuli beading.

How it works:

• Send us a photo, description or sketch of the piece you have in mind.
• Our team replies with the crafting time, design alternatives and jeweler’s recommendations for a sturdier or easier-to-wear piece.
• You receive a material description, a quotation and instructions to place your order if you agree.

Our silver is 950 sterling silver, we also work in 18K gold, 14K gold and gold vermeil, and rings can be made in any size. Because we are the manufacturer, special orders go straight to our bench, with no middlemen. Contact us to begin.
