We ship in-stock orders placed before 3PM EST/EDT the same day we receive them. This applies only to orders received on business days.

We ship virtually anywhere in the world. We offer the following options. As the contents of your package will be jewelry and semi-precious stones, we only ship through secured and insured carriers.

Please review the table below: we strive to give as many choices as possible to offer the shipping solution that is right for you. If you are not in a hurry, take advantage of our First Class mail option. It is economical (free in orders over $150.00!) and insured. If you are in a hurry, or if your purchase is a gift, please select an speedier option. Quoted delivery times are accurate and based in our lengthy experience!

How will my order be shipped?

We use several carriers, as UPS, FedEx, U.S. Postal Service (USPS), among others. Our First Class Mail and Priority Mail orders are sent by USPS. Expedited Delivery are sent via courier services like UPS, FedEx, DHL, OCS or TNT.

How long will it take to get my products?

This varies based on your location (we ship from Miami), product availability and shipping method. If all the products on your order are in stock (as seen in your shopping cart) then it will usually ship according to the availability as seen on the item details. Most out of stock items are usually shipped within 2-4 days or less. If your order is going to be delayed for 4-5 days or more, due to items being out of stock, we will let you know via e-mail as to the status and expected shipping date. Ground delivery can take anywhere from 1-5 days after we ship the item depending on your location.

Special Orders, sized items, engraved pieces and Lapis Lazuli tiles required special crafting before shipping.  Add 3-5 working days to the normal transit time.

Please see the delivery times quoted on the table. These are accurate in 98% of the cases, and have been based on years of on line experience.

International Orders: Delivery times can vary from the ones quoted on the table, due to custom and carrier delays.

What if one item will delay the entire order?

If you have a larger order and one item is going to cause a significant delay, we will usually ship your order in two shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the second shipment.

Am I charged before my order ships?

We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready and available to ship. If your items are back ordered then you will not be charged until they are ready to ship.

Where does my order ships from?

Your order will be sent from Miami, Florida.  In the unlikely event that the item you purchased is not in stock in Tallahassee, one of our regional offices will take over the order not to delay its shipment.  Note that we will cover any extra postage charge we might incur:  you will always pay local shipping costs!  We will cover any custom duties that might apply (every items is sent FREE DOMICILE).

Special orders, engraved items, tiles or sized articles ship directly from our factories in Santiago, Chile:  As always, you will pay only local shipping costs!
