delivered, or using fraudulent and/or stolen payment instruments are unlawful
conducts that will be prosecuted. Unwarranted chargebacks are subject to
re-billing, administrative fees, police reporting and formal collection efforts.
Undeliverable - Returned Orders: Lapis Lazuli
World takes every provision to ship your order to the shipping address provided.
We check every label for completeness and accuracy. Nevertheless, if a
parcel is returned to our office as undeliverable due to customer error, a second
shipping charge will be paid before re-delivery. If a parcel is refused or
unclaimed, then our Order Cancellation policy applies.
Order Cancellation: We accept order cancellations
without penalties within 24 hours of order reception or before such order is
shipped, whichever occurs earlier. Orders cancelled after shipment takes
place are subject to a restocking fee equal to 30% the order's total, plus
return shipment fees.

services, and we do not want minors to submit any personal information to us. If
