Secure Ordering

All on line transactions at the LAPIS LAZULI WORLD web site are handled with with state of the art 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. When you enter your credit card number and personal information into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then is partially decoded when it gets to us (we only see the last four digits of any credit card). Our merchant provider receives the scrambled information to process your charge or debit. Therefore, the information cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. We ship in-stock orders placed before 3PM EST/EDT the same day we receive them. This applies only to orders received on business days.

We ship virtually anywhere in the world. We offer the following options. As the contents of your package will be jewelry and semi-precious stones, we only ship through secured and insured carriers.

Please review the table below: we strive to give as many choices as possible to offer the shipping solution that is right for you. If you are not in a hurry, take advantage of our First Class mail option. It is economical (free in orders over $150.00!) and insured. If you are in a hurry, or if your purchase is a gift, please select an speedier option. Quoted delivery times are accurate and based in our lengthy experience!

How long will it take to get my products?

Special Orders, sized items, engraved pieces and Lapis Lazuli tiles required special crafting before shipping.  Add 3-5 working days to the normal transit time.

Please see the delivery times quoted on the table. These are accurate in 98% of the cases, and have been based on years of on line experience.

International Orders: Delivery times can vary from the ones quoted on the table, due to custom and carrier delays.

What if one item will delay the entire order?

Where does my order ships from?

Your order will be sent form Miami, Florida.  In the unlikely event that the item you purchased is not in stock in Miami, one of our regional offices will take over the order not to delay its shipment.  Note that we will cover any extra postage charge we might incur:  you will always pay local shipping costs!  We will cover any custom duties that might apply (every items is sent FREE DOMICILE).

Special orders, engraved items, tiles or sized articles ship directly from our factories in Santiago, Chile:  As always, you will pay only local shipping costs!

Note that special orders, customized or sized items usually ship from factory:  we also pay any extra shipping charges as a courtesy to you!

Return Policy

All our products are backed up by a full, non-quibble money back guarantee.

If the item you received is not what you hoped for, you may return it for a refund or a store credit within 15 days or for an exchange within 30 days from the day you received it. The item must be returned IN GOOD CONDITION and in its original package. Please note: The 15 Day Return Policy is not applicable to any custom orders, sized items, special order items or engraved pieces.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Lapis Lazuli World does not charge restocking fees to any return or exchange, unless on cases of Undeliverable - Returned Orders or orders cancelled after 24 hours from being placed. Restocking fees are 30% the order's total

Step # 1: Please Contact us at returns@lapislazuliworld.com, to receive your return authorization code. Please write this authorization code on the return shipping label and the original invoice. The original invoice must be included in the returned package. No parcel will be accepted without this number!

Step #2: Secure all merchandise in the original containers it was shipped in, including the gift boxes within which your order was shipped. We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you discarded any of these shipping materials, please pack it as securely as possible, to avoid damage while in transit.

Step #3 Ship your purchase to the address given to you with the return authorization code. Write the RMA number we sent you via email. No parcel will be accepted without this number!

You can ship via U.S. Postal Service, or any insured, traceable courier. Insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and ship it, with return receipt. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the shipping process.

If you prefer, you may exchange your www.lapislazuliworld.com purchase for another selection, provided the first purchase is returned within 30 days of shipment.

If you prefer an exchange to a refund, we will issue you full credit, which you can apply to the purchase of another selection of your choice. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Upon arrival of your package in your country, the courier will contact you to arrange payment of any local duties / taxes / customs charges assessed by your government.
